Contractor Policy

We're excited to have you facilitate an event on behalf of Eatwell Exchange. This policy outlines your responsibilities as a contractor and ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved. Representing Eatwell Exchange: By registering to conduct an event, you become a representative of Eatwell Exchange. Your conduct and professionalism reflect directly on our company. Non-Compete: During your engagement with Eatwell Exchange, you agree not to promote or offer directly competing services to participants. Loaned Equipment: Eatwell Exchange may provide you with equipment to facilitate your event. You are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of all loaned equipment. Lost or damaged equipment will be subject to replacement costs. Arrival Time: Please arrive at the event venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This allows you to prepare, set up, and address any last-minute details. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate cancellation. However, to minimize disruption for participants, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible. Please inform Eatwell Exchange no less than 48 hours before the scheduled event time in case of cancellation. Payment: Payments for your services will be sent to the account information on file within 5-10 business days following completion of your class. Early Payout: If you require an early payout to cover groceries or supplies, please reach out to Eatwell Exchange at least 48 hours before your event.
