Join EatWell Exchange and Miami Gardens Councilwoman Linda Julien, for an interactive culinary nutrition class for adults suitable for all skill levels, with all food and equipment provided. We will guide you in incorporating healthy habits into delicious meals.

Participants will work in groups of six, utilizing knives, burners, and basic kitchen tools.

The main objective of the class is to enjoy the experience while learning to prepare easy and nutritious meals, encouraging more home cooking and healthier food choices among black adults to help prevent chronic illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes.
