Join Black Urban Socialites and EatWell Exchange, Inc. for an engaging and flavorful experience at Flavor Without Limits, a hands-on cooking demo and spice and herb blending class designed to celebrate culture, wellness, and community through food. Led by EatWell Exchange Dietitian Jasmine Westbrooks-Figaro, this interactive session will showcase practical cooking techniques and creative ways to build bold flavor using herbs and spices commonly found in Black households and cuisines throughout the African diaspora.
