Farm to Table: A Family Gardening & Cooking Experience
Join us for Farm to Table, a bi-weekly, hands-on gardening and culinary series designed for families! This 5 session cohort begins October 18 and is a unique partnership between EatWell Exchange and Chef Chrys Salmon of Dunn’s Overtown Farm.
Under the guidance of Master Gardener and Chef Chrys Salmon, families will learn how to grow their own fresh produce and understand the essentials of sustainable gardening. Once the harvest is ready, EatWell Exchange will lead interactive cooking sessions to transform those fresh ingredients into healthy, culturally balanced dishes your family will love.
This immersive experience is valued at $2,500, but thanks to generous support from the Junior League of Miami, families can apply for scholarships and secure their spot by registering early.
