The Holidays are quickly approaching and its important to be mindful of ways to be healthier opposed to waiting to January. We were invited by
to present on having a healthier holiday. We gave 4 tips on how to enjoy their holiday festivities while still maintaining their health. To demonstrate how to cook healthier this holiday, we did a breakfast scramble food demonstration. While cooking, we discussed sodium intake, common myths, and ways to incorporate more colors into meal time. This event will kick-off our 6 week diabetes program that will begin next January.
