EatWell Exchange brought out some of our favorite chefs to host a culinary week at OB Johnson's summer camp. The chefs worked with the students to teach them culinary skills and to share their journey along other the students. The students were able to cook side by side with the chefs and learn their cooking method. We even had a tea workshop where the children learned how tea can be used to help natural ways to promote and restore the bodies functions. We conducted a cooking demo of jackfruit tacos, and they could not believe it was not meat.We discussed willingness to try new foods and the importance of encouraging friends to try new foods as well.
